With over 22 years in the construction industry, Scot has spent the last decade specializing in premium roofing and exterior work. His extensive background in operations and management ensures that every project is led with a strong commitment to quality and professional integrity.
Scot is deeply invested in his community and is an avid supporter of the local music scene. Scot is passionate about historic homes and preservation, and is a serial historic home renovator. He also chairs the local Urban Design Review Board.
OWNER
A second-generation roofer, Stephen has over 35 years of experience in the home restoration industry. He leverages his deep technical knowledge to help customers navigate complex exterior projects with ease and confidence. From working as an installer for over 20 years, to being a licensed roofing inspector and consultant in Miami, FL, Stephen knows roofing. His foundation in home exteriors will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to your project.
Stephen is a founding member of the Ludlow Dart Club and a musician. He loves a passion project and is known for his southern charm.
EXTERIOR SPECIALISTStephen Williams
Jamie is a dedicated advocate for her customers, focusing on building strong partnerships to protect their most valuable assets. She brings three years of industry experience to the team, providing the patient communication and clear answers homeowners need to feel secure in their choices.
Jamie has an encyclopedic knowledge of dog breeds and in her free time breeds and shows German Shepherds and Icelandic Sheepdogs.
EXTERIOR SPECIALISTJamie Gimblin
Ryan keeps every project moving smoothly from first call to final cleanup. He answers customer calls with professionalism and clarity, coordinates logistics for roofing crews. Dependable and detail-oriented, he ensures materials arrive on time, job sites stay organized, and customers get prompt, accurate information. His hands-on support is a key reason our projects run efficiently and our clients stay satisfied.
Personally, Ryan is the other founding member of the Ludlow Dart Club and is a talented musician, playing drums for several local bands.
OPERATIONS AND FIELD MANAGERRyan Land
From estimates to invoices, Christina manages the essential back-office operations for our small, but mighty, team. She has nine years of experience and a family legacy in the roofing industry dating back to 1875, and utilizes this deep industry knowledge to ensure a smooth process for all our customers.
Christina is a huge Reds fan and a proud member of the Rosie Reds. When she’s not at work and in the off season, you can find her reading or dreaming of a trip to Disney.
